Chris Taylor

President and CEO

Chris founded Oceanus in 2005 and holds the roles of President and Chief Executive Officer. Chris brings a diverse background to Oceanus with 16 years in technology, 12 years in automotive, and various early stage venture experience.

Prior to founding Oceanus, Chris held the position of West Coast Automotive Partner at Trilogy, an enterprise software and services company selling into the Global 1000. Chris was also on the management teams of various start-up ventures. He led strategy and industry relations at carOrder.com, a 300 person operation selling over 2,000 cars a month over the Internet at its peak. Chris also held VP of Sales and COO positions at startups in the media and retail industries.

Chris graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Carnegie Mellon University with degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Psychology.

Bradley Weill

Vice President of Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Bradley Weill brings a wealth of strategy and operations knowledge to the Oceanus team from his experience managing the design, development, and deployment of major systems for Fortune 500 customers.

Prior to Oceanus, Bradley was the General Manager for the supply chain practice at BetweenMarkets where he was responsible for directing the company's market strategy, developing new opportunities, guiding product direction, and overseeing major customer implementations. While working in Fulfillment Strategy at Dell, Bradley led the design and implementation of the new transportation management system to support Dell's direct business model. Prior to Dell, Bradley was a Senior Manager at Manhattan Associates where he was responsible for building and managing the direct to consumer practice.

Bradley is an MBA graduate of the Harvard Business School. He received his Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering, Summa Cum Laude, from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Naren Nath

Global Sourcing Advisor

With his extensive international and partnership experience, Naren acts as Global Sourcing Advisor and develops Oceanus' offshore delivery partnerships.

Prior to Oceanus, Naren was EVP of US Sales for Persistent Systems an India based software outsourcer. Before Persistent, Naren was a Senior Vice President of Trilogy Software directing the company's strategic investments initiative in both start-ups and joint ventures with Fortune 100 companies. Naren also ran Product Management for Interactive Television at Microsoft, overseeing product marketing initiatives from market research to product launch and was a Project Leader with Unisys.

Naren is an MBA graduate from Stanford University, and also holds a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of California at Santa Barbara and is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur, India.
